This Developer Software License Agreement (the "Agreement") is a legal contract between you (the Software Licensee / Administrator) and **Edward Keyte** (the "Licensor" and sole proprietor/owner of the white-label e-learning platform source code, including all templates, custom style structures, database architectures, and onboarding logic).
As part of **Edward Keyte's personal development training courses and tutorials (including hands-on instructions for configuring Antigravity, Firebase, and HTML/CSS settings)**, you are granted a private, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to **edit, customize, and configure the source code** for your own individual, single-site, private production installation. You are encouraged to customize the CSS parameters, modules, assets, and styling attributes for your business needs.
**Under no circumstances are you permitted to resell, lease, share, sublicense, distribute, or repurpose this source code, either in its original state or in any modified form.** Providing this white-label installation, template scripts, or code files to third-party developers, uploading this package to GitHub in a public repository, or offering white-label instances of this platform as a service (SaaS) or digital product is strictly forbidden. This product is sold and distributed solely for your own private business use, and **all distribution rights remain strictly and exclusively with Edward Keyte**.
You hold permission to modify and enhance this software solely for your private, single production installation. You agree that any custom code modifications you apply (e.g. customized widgets, logo updates, LeadsLeap form parameters) are your own technical responsibility, and the Licensor is not obligated to provide debugging support for licensee-applied source code errors.
While you are fully permitted to rebrand the frontend student dashboard (`course.html`) and landing page (`index.html`) using your dynamic platform names, logos, and custom color variables, this Software Developer License Agreement page (`admin-legal.html`) must remain unmodified and fully active inside your admin directory as a permanent reference of the code ownership terms.
Any breach of these terms, including unauthorized resale or sharing of this package's file structure, will result in the immediate and automatic revocation of your developer license, termination of access to future updates, and prompt legal action for intellectual property infringement under international copyright laws.
